Are Political Factors More Relevant Than Economic Factors in Firm-Level Renewable Energy Technology Export? Evidence from Path Analysis

چکیده

Renewable energy technology (RET) firms are key economic entities in the export of RET-related products and components, which RET firms’ exports affected largely by policy market. Nonetheless, effects market factors on firm-level have never received attention from researchers. This study aims to fill gap taking a political economy approach establish structural equation model analyze path political-economic factor-firms’ orientation-based export. reveals that market-orientation-based enhancement depends entirely forces. Particularly, two government intervention instruments, environmental promotion policy, were highlighted. However, renewable policies through orientation negative statistically significant. proves inter-firm competition attractiveness their significant insignificant, respectively. Further, this demonstrates has positive effect performance. We conclude order improve effectiveness efficiency, it will be useful consider heterogeneity response external factors. Additionally, full mediation academic investigation various factors, including public export, implementation export-induced into account managerial interpretations should considered.
